The courses are tailored to each individual after assessing the participants' digital skills through short questionnaires and personal interviews:

- Web browsing
- Key Application Management Skills
- Use of email and other communication tools (Skype, Zoom)
- Information retrieval and digital content management
- Basic understanding and use of social networks (Facebook, WhatsApp)
- Privacy
- Identifying and avoiding electronic fraud
- Use of online banking and payments
- Access to electronic health services (telemedicine)
- Using apps for entertainment (Netflix, Spotify)
- Apps to maintain physical and mental well-being (fitness apps, puzzle apps)
- Hands-on practice in real-world situations (e.g. ordering items online)
- Group projects for participants to apply their knowledge
- Provide telephone or online support to resolve issues that may arise
- Availability of user guides and training material
